The LDCSP is a state-sponsored initiative aimed at correcting lower limb deformities in children and adults, enhancing their mobility and overall quality of life. Initiated as a response to the high prevalence of limb deformities in Lagos, the program has since extended its services to over 6,000 beneficiaries.
